KIDS PARTIES
I have extensive experience in planning parties from beginning to end. I start with an idea and create a fabulous and successful event. I arrange the date, venue, guest list, theme and see it all the way through to execution, while balancing the budget. I have experience designing invitations, staffing the event, booking entertainment, managing the decorations, catering, lighting, insurance and everything that goes into an event so the host can relax and enjoy without worry. As the producer, I oversee everything from the set up, to tear down and clean up. I insist on a post-event wrap up to measure our success.
WEEK LONG TRIPS
As Associate Director of Children’s Services for the Western Region of the Country at a national non profit, I was responsible for planning week long trips for group of 50 people at a time to different cities. Myself and one other coworker planned the entire week including every detail from airlines, meals, accommodations and contracts, and medical paperwork to cupcakes, balloons, and name tags.
Some examples of the activities we planned are days at Disneyland, snowmobiling in the mountains in Colorado, doing the night tour at Alcatraz, swimming with dolphins in Hawaii, meeting the Blue Man Group in Las Vegas and much more!
